  • Betty Completes Her Coast to Coast Sponsored Walk
    Betty Barker, one of Scargill's wonderful volunteers, completed her sponsored walk in aid of Scargill at the beginning of the Summer. Betty walked the first section of the Coast to Coast walk conquering 70 miles of the challenging walk. We are so grateful to Betty for all her hard work and congratulate her on this achievement. Many of you kindly sponsored Betty in this challenge and we would now like to be able to collect in the sponsorship money.   • New Community Member to join Scargill House
    It gives us great pleasure to announce that Revd Stephanie Couvela will be joining the Scargill community in September. She will be coming from a Guildford Diocese - yes, another southerner! Stephanie will bring so much. She is a gifted and enthusiastic teacher, a prayerful Christian with a pastoral heart. She also greatly enjoys leading worship. Most important of all, she is a lovely person. Stephanie is not scared to get stuck in and be closely involved with Scargill's pioneering stage. She is delighted to be a part of the adventure!Stephanie introduces herself below...
