New full time administrator for The Scargill Movement at Scargill House, Sarah Sellers started on August 10th,

and is settling in to the challenging role of supporting Simon (Project Director) in managing the house in this transition time until the new community is in place and the house is open again formally for guests.

Sarah introduces herself as follows;      

Administrator – Sarah Sellers

Having grown up in Threshfield I have known about Scargill House for many years, it is a great privilege to be able to be involved in the new Scargill Movement and to see what excitements God has in store.  I now live in Skipton and attend Skipton Baptist Church.

Since finishing my MA at Cardiff University in 2007 I have worked in various administrative roles in the area, gaining practical experience of the workplace and the opportunity to use my natural ability to organize.

I have been involved in leading worship at Skipton Baptist Church for the past 9 years and regularly help at various youth groups run by the church. For the past few years I have also been involved with the leadership of the youth programme at Northern Light holiday.

I hope that my experience in both administration and church work will be valuable to the Scargill Movement and that I will be able to contribute to the work that God is doing in this place.
