Whatever you contributed, whether an ‘on site person’ or those of us there as Council members, or in any other capacity, thank you so much. It was wonderful to welcome so many of Phil's church in London, thanks are due to them too for coming and making the occasion special in ways only they could have done.

To those living at Scargill, thank you for all the work you put in ahead of the day, and for mobilising all the volunteers so effectively. You did a magnificent job. Our thanks go too to the singers and instrumentalists from Skipton Baptist Church for their contribution, and to those who did the sound/relay - even if I did have to start my sermon three times!

Finally, thank you to Council members Simon, Stephen, Tony and Hilary for leading/co-ordinating the open meeting at the end of the afternoon, along with Adam’s input. The whole event was a special occasion, another step in the re-establishment of the ministry of Scargill House.
